CMA sets date of Slaughter House’s delisting

Kuwait – Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait has scheduled 21 May, 2017 to be the date when Kuwait Slaughter House will withdraw from Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).

CMA on Wednesday said in its bourse statement that this disclosure is a follow-up for Tuesday’s announcement of the approval of the delisting.

The company’s ordinary general meeting in August approved the delisting from the stock market due to the capital hike part which is essential for remaining listed on KSE.
