Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Cable Vision has scheduled the subscription period of the rights issue from 16 to 27 October, according to a bourse statement.
The rights issue is set for raising the capital by 58.33% or KWD 1.75 million to KWD 4.75 million from KWD 3 million.
Shareholders will be able to subscribe the remaining shares from the rights issue from 30 October to 3 November, the statement added.
