Mubasher: Kuwait cable Vision will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 21 February to consider the approval for reducing the capital by 22.02%.
The shareholders will discuss a capital reduction by KWD 1.046 million to KWD 3.7 million from KWD 4.75 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
