Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo For Investment and Real Estate Development said that costs for building four new schools were estimated at roughly EGP 300 million ($18.62 million).
A land plot with a total area of 12,000 square metres in New Mansoura was allocated for establishing a fully-functioning school, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The school will have the capacity to enroll 1,200 students, while it will cost EGP 60 million.
The EGX-listed firm posted a net profit of EGP 192.57 million, including the minority shareholders’ rights, over the period from September 2018 to last August, compared with EGP 126.37 million recorded during the preceding year.
Furthermore, revenues climbed to EGP 704.68 million, versus EGP 517.4 million a year ago.
