Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo For Investment & Real Estate Development has announced obtaining Egypt’s Cabinet approval to establish an educational complex in New El Alamein City.
Spanning 14,334.69 square-metre land plot, the project is set to be implemented in the next five years, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Cairo Investment previously stated that it was planning to carry out various education investments in the North African nation.
The firm further noted that it will finance the educational complex project and its peers from its self-financing resources, along with the possibility of securing some loans.
Cairo Investment is currently owning 19 schools across Egypt, the Arab world's most populous country.
