Cairo – Mubasher: EGX indices collectively initiated Sunday in the green zone.
By 10:35am Cairo time, the main index rose by 0.33% to 7,444 points.
The small and mid-cap index was 0.08% higher to 360 points.
Likewise, the broader index inched up by 0.10% to 767 points and the equal-weighted index EGX50 edged up 0.41% to 1,347 points.
By 10:40am Cairo time, the largest EGX30 constituent moved up 0.26% to EGP 42.2.
Arab investors were net buyers by EGP 708,400, while Egyptians and foreign investors were net sellers by EGP 546,400 and 162,000 respectively.
Trading value reached EGP 33 million after 11.8 million shares were traded.
Out of 70 stocks traded, 28 ones went up; 14 ones moved down; and 28 stayed at their previous levels.
