Cairo – Mubasher: Orange Egypt plans to file an appeal against Cairo Appeal Court’s ruling for turning down fining Etisalat Misr with EGP 500 million.
This comes in light of the dispute over interconnection fees between both companies, Deputy CEO Ashraf Halim told Almal News.
On 15 April, the appeal court had rejected the 2016 ruling of Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, upon which Etisalat Misr was compelled to pay EGP 500 million for Orange Egypt.
