Cairo – Mubasher: Canal Shipping Agencies, a subsidiary of the Holding Company of Maritime and Land Transport, targets a net profit of EGP 251 million during fiscal year 2019/2020.
The subsidiary plans to raise its achieved profit in FY19/20 from the EGP 165 million worth of net profit eyed for the current fiscal year 2018/19, according to a recent press release.
In the budget estimate for FY19/20, approved by the ordinary general meeting (OGM), Canal Shipping Agencies mulls investments valued at EGP 17 million to purchase new buses for the company’s tourism activity, in addition to developing the computing system it has.
