Cairo – Mubasher: Canal Shipping Agencies said it will hold ordinary general meeting on 7 September 2016 to discuss the distribution of cash dividends of EGP 0.167 per share.
The value of the company’s total dividends distribution amount to EGP 33.45 million, distributed across 200 million shares.
The company saw net profits of EGP 55.07 million ($6.16 million) for the fiscal year 2015/16, up from EGP 39.51 million ($4.44 million) a year earlier.
