Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings) has affirmed the long-term foreign currency rating (FCR) of UAE's Commercial Bank International (CBI) at “A-”, according to a statement.
The ratings agency affirmed the bank’s short-term FCR at “A3”.
The long-term FCR is strongly spurred by the substantial financial support from Qatar National Bank (QNB).
The bank’s profitability is expected to improve on the back of bank’s income, the agency said.
