Cairo – Mubasher: Capital Link is planning to build three projects in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital with investments of EGP 650 million, the Chairman, Ashraf Badea, reveald.
The company aims to generate EGP 950 million in sales of the commercial, administrative, and medical projects over an implementation period of three years, Badea said in a press conference held in Cairo.
The property developer purchased three land plots in the new capital over an area of 6,385 metres for EGP 120 million.
The three projects will include about 340 commercial, administrative, and medical units.
The company will begin working on the first project before the end of 2020 at an investment cost of EGP 200 million and the other projects will be implemented afterwards within three years.
Badea further revealed that the company is negotiating with the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development (ACUD) to obtain three new land plots for the same purpose, in addition to considering the establishment of a residential project over 20-30 feddans.
