Riyadh – Mubasher: The Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation is determined to eliminate the obstacles facing Careem Egypt, the minister of investment and international cooperation Sahar Nasr said.
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, chairman of Kingdom Holding, met Nasr on Sunday in Sharm El Sheikh to discuss the procedures taken by the Egyptian government to regulate transportation services offered by private companies, including Careem, of which the Saudi Prince acquired a stake of 7%.
The Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation is going to cooperate with the Ministry of Transportation to regulate transportation services in private vehicles using information technology to guarantee the protection of the existing system and regulate the entry of new parties, she highlighted.
