Cairo – Mubasher: Arabian Cement said Monday that the Economic Court adjourned the lawsuit filed by the shareholder Faaek Al Boreny against the company against the company until 24 July 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Al Boreny lodged the lawsuit to official annual the decisions of the ordinary general meeting held on 1 September 2015.

The ordinary meeting decided to sell frozen stocks owned by the investor.

In the first quarter of 2016, its earnings fell 40.5% year-over-year to EGP 34.15 million ($3.85 million) from EGP 57.37 million ($6.47 million), according to consolidated financial results,
