Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Administrative Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by Shehata Mohamed Shehata against the Tourism Development Authority (TDA), said Egyptian Resorts Company.
The motion was rejected due to the plaintiff’s lack of capacity, Egyptian Resort added Wednesday.
The court engaged Egyptian Resorts in the lawsuit, Egyptian Resort said in a bourse filing.
Earlier, the administrative Court adjourned a lawsuit for annulling Sahl Hasheesh land sale contract to 22 March 2016.
