Cairo – Mubasher: Castle Development, a subsidiary of Saudi-based real estate group ABC, on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ashi & Bushnag Company for the management of Castle landmark project in the New Administrative Capital.
The protocol includes the provision of project management solutions and construction consultancy services, according to a statement.
Castle Development is executing Castle landmark New Capital with total investments of EGP 750 million.
It is worth highlighting that the project and utilities management industry is expected to total $1.74 trillion by 2026.
