Castle Development launches EGP 450m project in New Administrative Capital

Cairo – Mubasher: Castle Development has launched its EGP 450 million Springfield project, the third phase of Castle Landmark at the New Administrative Capital, which is constructed in partnership with El Makassa, according to a statement released on Wednesday.

Located on 6 acres, Springfield comprises 238 unfinished units slated for delivery by 2022.

“Springfield is our take on going back to basics; we are offering customizable units to customers who want quality, flexible homes. It is a product that is disappearing from the market,” CEO of Castle Development, Ahmed Mansour, said.

Castle Landmark is spanning 43 acres, including barrier-free and fully equipped solutions installed in its infrastructure, which allows for trouble-free and practical movement, the statement added.

“Around 30% of our targeted customers make a purchase depending on unit prices, this phase offers less costly homes that allow for choices that align with customer priorities while providing access to the compound’s facilities and amenities,” Mansour revealed.
