Mubasher: Central Hotels unveiled its expansion plans with three new hotels scheduled for opening in Dubai this year, according to a statement.
“Bay Central is located at The Burj Khalifa district features 284 keys and is expected to welcome its first guests in the third quarter of 2017 followed by two other hotels of 208 and 204 keys each in The Palm,” the group’s general manager Ammar Kanaan said.
This expansion will increase Central Hotels' existing inventory of rooms from 524 to 1220 keys, reflecting the group's commitment to serve guests in iconic locations such as The Palm and Business Bay, according to Ahmad Ali Al Abdulla Alansaari, chairman of Central Hotels.
The Dubai-based group targets to add another five hotels to its portfolio of properties by 2018, Alansaari said, adding that the group is conducting negotiations for two hotels in the UAE and three projects in KSA.
