Dubai-Mubasher: Chedid Capital purchased 75% of Sharjah-based Al Manara Insurance Services Co., according to a statement.
The acquisition is part of the company’s plan to expand in countries of the EMEA region by 2017.
Chedid operates in Saud Arabia, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar, UAE and other countries.
