UAE – Mubasher: Chestertons, the British and international residential property specialist, has opened a new office on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi to meet the increasing demand for future master-planned free-hold communities and boost the real estate market in the emirate.
The opening of Chestertons’ new office coincides with a wide range of launches planned to be witnessed in 2020, such as Aldar’s ‘The Bridges’, the tech enabled Reem Mall, and Reem Forest, according to a press release on Sunday.
Commenting on the inauguration of the office, the managing director of Chestertons MENA, Nick Witty, said: “We will offer a broad spectrum of property services expertise which will be complemented by the office location and its excellent connections to Abu Dhabi International Airport and City Centre as well as Al Maryah and Saadiyat Island and of course, Al Reem Island.”
Through the office, Chestertons’ real estate team will offer several services, including local investment, leasing and sales, property management, strategic consulting, and international global new homes.
It will also help in Chestertons’ Observer Market Report research series, which recently showed that Abu Dhabi real estate market marginally decreased in the fourth of 2019.
Witty further remarked: “A favourable supply and demand equilibrium, a range of market reforms and a more muted slowdown of sales and rental decreases are shining a positive light on the real estate market in the capital, something we hope to capitalise on from our new location.”
