Cairo – Mubasher: Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly signed Monday a memorandum of understanding with contracting Chinese firm to carryout sewage projects across 260 villages in Monufia and Gharbia governorates.
A Chinese bank will offer a soft loan of $1 billion to implement these projects, said Madbouly.
