Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company recommended not distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the last year, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exhcnage (Tadawul) on Sunday that the decision aims at supporting the company’s future progress and growth, and improving solvency margin.
The recommendation will be subject to the upcoming ordinary general meeting (OGM), for which the date will be specified later.
