Riyadh-Mubasher: City Cement Co. said the board recommended cash dividends for the fourth quarter of 2015 at 2.5% of the stock's par value, or SAR 0.25 a share, totalling SAR 47.3 million.
The dividend eligibility is for shareholders of record on the general meeting date that will be announced later.
The cement producer posted net earnings of SAR 243 million for 2015, a rise of 10% compared with SAR 221.75 million a year earlier.
