Riyadh – Mubasher: City Cement announced that its chairman, Prince Misha'al Ibn AbdulAziz Al Saud, passed away on Wednesday.
The company noted that it will announce any development concerning the appointment of a new chairman in due time.
City Cement’s board now consists of the deputy chairman, Badr Ibn Omar Al Abdullatif, and seven board members, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
