Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of City Cement Company approved establishing a fully-owned LLC subsidiary in Riyadh at a capital of SAR 500,000, subject to obtaining the required approvals and licenses from relevant authorities.
The new company will provide environmental solutions and services for waste treatment and recycling, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
Further details in this regard will be announced in due course, City Cement said.
