Cairo – Mubasher: City Edge Developments has achieved a total of EGP 20 billion in sales for the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, and New Mansoura since July 2018, according to the company’s CEO Amr Elkady.
Elkady told reporters on the sidelines of the 4th Real Estate Debate Conference that sales are distributed over a number of new projects, from North Edge Towers, Mazarine, and Down Town in New Alamein City; to Zahya Towers in New Mansoura; and Al Maqsad in the New Administrative Capital.
It is worth noting that City Edge Developments is the official marketer of NUCA’s projects in the new cities. The authority owns a 60% stake in the company.
NUCA is a public agency under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development that oversees the developing of new urban cities across Egypt.
