Cairo - Mubasher: City Edge Developments, an affiliate of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has launched a 211-acre Maqsad project at the third residential area in the New Administrative Capital.
The project features 952 villas that are ready to be delivered this year over six phases, City Edge’s CEO said.
City Edge aims to achieve EGP 1 billion in sales from the first phase set to be launched next week, Amr El-Kaddy added in a press conference.
El-Kaddy highlighted that the project features villa, townhouse, twin house, entertainment zone, and gardens.
The real estate firm has completed 70% of the project’s construction work, the CEO indicated.
