Cairo - Mubasher: City Edge Developments, an affiliate of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has logged EGP 11.1 billion in sales from the New Alamein and New Mansoura towers for the authority, City Edge Developments CEO Amr El-Kaddy said on Monday.
City Edge Developments is also responsible for conducting marketing and sales operations for NUCA.
The real estate firm has generated sales worth EGP 9 billion from New Alamein including EGP 8.5 billion in 2018 and EGP 500 million this year, El-Kaddy told Mubasher.
Total sales from the New Mansoura tower reached EGP 2.1 billion including EGP 1.5 billion and EGP 600 million in 2018 and 2019, respectively, El-Kaddy indicated.
City Edge Developments is set to launch new units at New Alamein city and New Mansoura this year, the CEO noted.
In 2018, City Edge had launched the New Alamein tower project under the name of North Edge Towers and the New Mansoura tower project named Zahya.
