Kuwait-Mubasher: City Group’s board of directors has accepted the resignation of CEO Richard Woods.
The company said in a bourse filing that the resignation is dated on 9 December, 2015.
Deputy Chairman Nabil Abdullah Al Jeraisy was appointed as a temporary CEO for the company.
