Dubai – Mubasher: City Properties, the City Tower Real Estate’s unit, on Thursday announced the launch of Al Haseen Residences Project in South Dubai.
The project is under construction and is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2019, said Tauseef Hayat Khan City Properties’ and City Tower Real Estate’s chairman, according to a company statement.
The AED-100-million project comprises a ground floor and six stories, which include 138 units varied between studios, single-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, Khan added.
City Properties manages more than 90 buildings and over 5,000 units in the UAE.
