City Walk Project Launched in Muscat

Muscat - Decypha: Al-Sharqiya Real Estate Development and Investment Company, in cooperation with the investment arm of the General Establishment for Industrial Estates, launched the first phase of City Walk Project in Muscat Oman, according to a press release.

City Walk is a commercial and entertainment project located in Sur Industrial Zone, to be constructed on a plot measuring around 200,000 square meters.

Featuring a multitude of designs and presentations, the project features fast food, fine dining, cafes, banks, pharmacies, bowling alleys, billiards, kids zone, and many others.

In addition, the center offers a variety of shops in the form of an internal market that offers various forms of women's and children's needs.

City Walk now features Omani and international brands to first make their way to the city, examples include: Mc Donald's, Subway, Gloria Jeans Coffees, Chicking and Al Obaidani Stores.

The foundation stone was laid out for the construction launch of the shopping center and Lulu Hypermarket, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidi, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Yasser Al Alawi, CEO of Al Sharqiya Real Estate Development and Investment Company.

The development of City walk project and Lulu Hypermarket is estimated at 10 million riyals.
City Walk is a touristic project accomplished by the Sultanate, as part of its drive to attract recreational and business tourism to the city.
