Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Cityscape Abu Dhabi will start on Tuesday with the participation of around 90 exhibitors regionally and globally to show new projects worth billions of dollars, according to a statement.
Aldar Properties, one of the exhibitors at Cityscape, has launched Yas Acres project with investments worth AED 6 billion $1.63 billion, Chairman Abo Bakr Seddiqi Al-Khouri announced Monday.
The project will feature 1,315 villas once it is completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, Al-Khouri added.
Manazel Real Estate, another Abu Dhabi developer, will carry out a mixed-use development, named Manazel Amman, in Jordan.
Located in Queen Alia International Airport, the project will include 1600 residential units.
Bloom Properties will unveil FAYA, the fourth phase of its master-planned community Bloom Gardens, during its participation at Cityscape, Sameh Muhtadi, the chief executive of parent company Bloom Holding, said.
