Dubai – Mubasher: Leading real estate companies will showcase their new projects during Cityscape Global 2018.
The event, the largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets globally, will take place during the period between 2 and 4 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Along with providing an opportunity to discuss the issues affecting the global real estate market, the exhibition's16th edition will host a large number of exhibitors from over 100 countries who will showcase megaprojects, Cityscape Global Exhibition Director Tom Rhodes told Mubasher.

Covering an area of 42,000 square metres, the three-day event is expected to welcome over 40,000 visitors.
Opportunity for developers
The exhibition is an opportunity for local and regional real estate developers to display their projects in one of the largest events in the Middle East, Rhodes added.
He affirmed that Cityscape Global is an effective marketing instrument to offer new projects.

Moreover, the mega real estate event will allow direct selling of properties, such as the 2017 edition, which will help investors and buyers achieve large revenues, Rhodes noted.
Rhodes further added that the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Department of Land and Property in Dubai (DLPD) helped in improving the Emirati property market’s reputation.
New platform
Rhodes said that Cityscape Global 2018 will provide a new platform for companies under the name of “Cityscape Centre for businesses” in an effort to allow real estate developers to interact with major, high-profile real estate firms.
Officials, investors, and real estate experts will participate in this new section for an hour to two hours including a maximum number of 30 participants.

Moreover, there are several factors helped in the market’s development and attractiveness such as population growth and preparations for Expo 2020.
These measures and preparations have boosted investor trust, Rhodes added.
