Dubai - Mubasher: Global investors' appetite for signing large transactions at the Cityscape exhibition is expected to grow in line with the government’s latest initiatives in the real estate sector, senior vice president of Damac Properties Niall McLoughlin told Mubasher.

McLoughlin projected a high demand after offering the direct selling transaction, which was considered successful.

Damac is among other developers in Cityscape exhibition that attract a higher number of visitors due to offering luxurious units at well-studied prices, the deputy chairman said.

This year, Damac is expected to showcase a wide range of properties, including villas and luxury apartments, and hotel units.

Damac will launch Fiora, residential towers located in Golf Verde, with prices of units starting at AED 399,000 and a low down payment with a five-year payment plan.
