Dubai – Mubasher: The Cityscape Global exhibition and conference opened on Tuesday at at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), with around 300 real estate exhibitors.
Several development projects will be unveiled during the three-day event, running from 2 until 4 October, including the Bella Rose project by Deyaar development, along with a series of townhouses based in Jumeriah Park, by the Dubai-based developer Nakheel.
Dubai Investments announced that it would showcase its real estate project portfolio at Cityscape Global 2018 at stand SAH10A in Trade Centre Arena, including a mixed-use, residential, commercial, and retail development Mirdif Hills.
Developers showcase their best properties
Meanwhile, Nikken Sekkei revealed that it will display multi-billion dollar local, regional and international projects including the world’s tallest wooden tower at Cityscape Global.
Moreover, a new coastal housing project called The Al Jurf, developed by Imkan, will be also launched during the mega event. The project is located in Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Gemini Property Developers has started delivering units in Splendor project at Sobha Hartland, which is also showcasing in Cityscape. The $82 million development is located within Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) in Dubai.
Tatweer Misr partakes in Government initiative to market Egyptian Real Estate Projects in Cityscape Global as Country of Honor.
Tatweer Misr announced that it will be participating alongside several real estate companies in Cityscape Global Exhibition, in which Egypt will be featured as Country of Honor.
Meanwhile, Al Thuriah Group, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, has unveiled on Tuesday its newest project, Lamar tower, in Sharjah at investments of AED 350 million.
Similarly, Bloom Properties has offered two additional towers for sale on the sideline of Cityscape Global 2018.
High hopes for the expo
The managing director of Al Ruwad Real Estate, Ismail Al Hammadi told Mubasher in an interview that Cityscape Global expo gives the market a tailwind as participant developers are given a great opportunity to show off their projects, which are likely garner investor interests and increase developers’ profits.
Global investors' appetite for signing large transactions at the Cityscape exhibition is expected to grow in line with the government’s latest initiatives in the real estate sector, according to the vice president of Damac Properties Niall McLoughlin.
