Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes announced on Thursday that it received a letter from the Council of Competition saying that its board refused the company’s request to acquire Arabian Company for Water Pipes Industry Limited (Acwapipe).
The council saw that the acquisition would have a negative impact on the competition in the subject market, noting that the decision will not entail any financial impact on Acwapipe.
