Cairo – Mubasher: Medical services provider Cleopatra Hospital has filed with the Egyptian Exchange to list on the official market, the bourse said on Thursday.
The company, which operates with a paid-in capital of EGP 80 million, seeks to float 160 million shares at EGP 0.5 each.
EGX management added that the listing request will be reviewed by the listing committee in preparation for launching an initial public offering.
During the first quarter of 2015, UAE’s Abraaj Capital acquired Cleopatra Hospital in a deal worth EGP 770 million.
