Cleopatra Hospital gets EGX nod on capital hike

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) listing committee approved a request by Cleopatra Hospital Company to increase its issued capital by EGP 20 million from EGP 80 million to EGP 100 million.

The committee said that the rise is distributed across 40 million shares with a nominal value of 50 piasters.

The capital hike will be allocated completely to Care Healthcare which is Cleopatra Hospital’s main shareholder.

The capital increase shares will not be listed on the EGX before getting an approval from Misr for central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) on the capital hike.
