Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospital Company said its board of directors approved appointing EFG-Hermes as an independent financial advisor to advise on buying the remaining stake in Cairo Specialized hospital .
The company’s board approved in principle to start in preparing the study related to buying the rest of Cairo Specialized hospital’s shares.
Cleopatra Hospital owns 52.72% stake in Cairo Specialized hospital, 99.99% in AL Shorouk Hospital and 99.92% in Nile Badrawi Hospital.
Earlier, Cleopatra Hospital’s board gave a nod to raise its capital from EGP 80 million to EGP 100 million, where the amount of the capital increase will be allocated in full to Care Healthcare which is Cleopatra Hospital’s main shareholder.
