Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Cleopatra Hospital Co has approved the board’s recommendation of not distributing cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.
The OGM of Cleopatra Hospital agreed to distribute approximately EGP 21.31 million as the employees’ share from the profits registered in the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2018, according to a bourse disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
From January to December 2018, Cleopatra Hospital achieved a net profit of EGP 315.19 million compared to EGP 118.23 million in FY17.
