Cleopatra Hospital’s board OKs EGP 125m loan

Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospital Company’s board on Thursday approved an EGP 125 million loan from Commercial International Bank (CIB) to develop and maintain affiliate hospitals in an effort to provide patients with better healthcare services.

The board also nodded to meeting the requirements of singing a partnership agreement with El Nahda Company to establish a unit to manage and operate a 160-bed hospital in Beni Suef, according to a company statement.

Earlier in January, Cleopatra Hospital increased its capital to EGP 800 million, up from AED 100 million.
