Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) said Cleopatra Hospital Company has submitted a tender offer to buy 47.283% of Cairo Medical Centre shares.
Cleopatra Hospital submitted offer to buy 1.27 million shares of Cairo Medical Centre for EGP 110 per share.
Last December, Cleopatra Hospital board gave a nod to buy the whole shares of Cairo Medical Centre for a fair value of EGP 176 per share that was set earlier by the independent financial advisor.
Cleopatra Hospital owns 52.72% stake in Cairo Specialized hospital, 99.99% in AL Shorouk Hospital and 99.92% in Nile Badrawi Hospital.
