Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwaiti Combined Group Contracting (CGC) on Monday stated that its unit in the UAE has won an AED 386.4 million ($105.2 million) tender to provide maintenance services in a residential community for an 855-day term.
The UAE’s Combined Group Contracting Company, 49%-owned by the Kuwaiti CGC, will construct the Ras Al-Khaima-based community, including 294 residential buildings, and provide it with maintenance services, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait.
The financial impact of this deal will be reflected in the company’s operating profits during the coming years, the Kuwait-listed company concluded.
