Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting Company announced that the Kuwaiti court has issued a ruling in favour of the company against the public works ministry of Kuwait.
The official entity will pay KWD 1.45 million to Combined Group, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The court has also ordered the ministry to pay 7% annual interest to the company for the value KWD 1.37 million starting from 15 May 2013 until the amount is fully repaid.
Combined Group said it would announce the financial impact of this court ruling when a final verdict is issued.
