Kuwait – Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting Co. (CGC) said Monday it was awarded a tender worth OMR 55.42 million (KWD 43.23 million, or $142 million) in the Sultanate of Oman.
The Kuwaiti contractor will construct buildings, as well as roads and infrastructure works in a governmental area owned by the Duqm economic authority.
The project will be carried out over thirty months, CGC said, adding that it would start works in February 2016.
The company also said it expects profit margin of 0.959% of the deal’s value in the first year, 4.996% in the second year and 2.045% in the third year.
