Kuwait-Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting was named the lowest bidder in a tender worth KWD 174.11 million ($574.5 million), according to a bourse statement.
The contractor will render construction and maintenance services for a university building, in cooperation with China State Construction Engineering.
The Kuwaiti company noted that it would get 25% share from the project. It added that no official notification of award is received yet.
