Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting announced that its branch in Abu Dhabi was awarded a tender valued at AED 1.24 billion or KWD 102.55 million ($388 million).
The tender covers the construction and maintenance works of 410 villas in Al Mirfa City in Abu Dhabi, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
With a maturity of 640 days, this tender is expected to result in operating profits that will be registered in the income statements over the coming years.
