Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting was awarded the lowest bids in a tender valued at KWD 98.9 million ($327.8 million).
The tender contract is provided by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
Combined Group announced that it has not yet received an official letter of award.
This tender covers the construction and maintenance works of 40 residential buildings.
