Mubasher: Commercial Facilities on Monday reported a 26.2% year-on-year surge in third-quarter profits.
Net profit amounted to KWD 2.94 million ($9.73 million) in Q3-17 from KWD 2.33 million ($7.71 million) in Q3-16, the firm added in a filing to Boursa Kuwait.
In the first nine months of 2017, net profit grew 33.7% to KWD 7.3 million, versus KWD 5.46 million in the prior-year period.
The company attributed the rise in its profits to the increase in investment profits.
Commercial Facilities had previously posted a 39.6% year-on-year hike in profits for the first half of 2017 to KWD 4.36 million, compared to KWD 3.13 million in H1-16.
