Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Commercial Facilities approved distributing 16% of the capital in cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.
Commercial Facilities will pay 16 fils per share to the entitled shareholders for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
During FY16, the company’s profit shrank by 6% to total KWD 8.09 million from KWD 8.57 million in FY15.
At the stock level, Commercial Facilities closed Sunday’s session at 186 fils, with liquidity worth about KWD 69,500 generated through nearly 378,900 traded shares.
