Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate reported a rise of 15.9% during the third quarter of 2017 compared to the same period last year.
Earnings increased to KWD 3.5 million ($11.59 million) in Q3-17 from KWD 3.02 million ($10.1 million) in Q3-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
In the first nine months of 2017, profits grew by 34.6% to KWD 11.28 million from KWD 8.38 million in the same period a year ago.
It is worth noting that Commercial Real Estate posted a 45.2% gain in profits to KWD 7.78 million in the first half of 2017 compared to KWD 5.36 million in the same period a year ago.
At the stock level, Commercial Real Estate closed Monday 2.75% higher at 93.5 fils.
